Here’s how the Ellixir process works from start to finish.

Use the scheduling button to book a 15 min consult with our provider to ask questions, discuss your health goals, and determine the Ellixir treatment options that are suitable for you.

Book Consultation

02 Order Your Ellixir

When you're ready to start, you can return to our Ellixir's page to make your selection and place an order.

Once your order is received, a medical review is completed and confirmed by our licensed provider. If approved, a prescription for your Ellixir is sent to our trusted partnered pharmacy where it will be compounded and safely packaged for shipment.

If for any reason you are not eligible for treatment, you will be issued a full refund for any purchases made.

03 Treatment Shipped to Your Door

The pharmacy will ship your order directly to your door within 4-7 business days. You will receive a tracking ID once shipped. Monitor your delivery ETA to ensure you will be available to sign for your Ellixir package.

04 Virtual Care & Ongoing Support

The "Member Check-In" button on our website provides you with the flexibility of self-scheduling virtual care visits with your provider.

These visits are approximately 15 minutes and are included with your treatment plan (no additional cost).
